I am the undergraduate advisor for students in Gender & Women’s Studies and LGBTQ+ Studies. I got interested in GWS my first semester of college in a course in the history of women and gender and I was hooked. That first class made a deep impression that led to more courses, graduate school, a continued interest in the field, and now this role advising students in the department.

After graduating from college, I completed a MA in Gender and History at Fordham University in the Bronx, NY and I came to UW-Madison as a PhD student in European history. My research interests include gender and cultural participation in early modern Europe.
