In this talk, Dr. Morris will provide advice on how students who are interested in a career as a gender specialist in international relief and development work should prepare. She will begin her talk with a comparison of how the field and recruitment for the field has changed in the past 25 years. She will also review the seven things any aspiring gender specialist should focus on to enter and grow their career. The talk will conclude with a question and answer period with Dr. Morris.
