Jamie Gratrix

Jamie joined the Department of Gender & Women’s Studies (GWS) in September 2021, bringing a deep commitment to equity, care-centered leadership, and collaborative systems change.  Prior to GWS, Jamie held a leadership role with Mental Health Services at University Health Services, where she provided strategic guidance and project management expertise in support of student well-being and belonging. As GWS Department Administrator, Jamie continues this work by advancing inclusive and sustainable administrative and operational practices across personnel, budgetary, and organizational processes. Outside of work, Jamie finds balance through writing fiction, making her friends laugh, and sitting quietly with her cats.
