Lindsey Speaker

Biography

Lindsey Speaker serves as Administrative Operations Coordinator in the Department of Gender & Women’s Studies, where she assists the department chair, leads communications, and organizes a plethora of departmental materials as a member of the Operations Team. She enjoys creating dossiers for tenure recommendation and is committed to supporting students and the department through behind-the-scenes operations work. Prior to joining the Department of Gender & Women’s Studies, Lindsey gained experience as a psychotherapist. She holds a Masters degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and has an active Licensed Professional Counselor license. Outside of work, Lindsey enjoys reading, cozy videogames, crafting, pottery, puzzling, and spending time with her dogs and cat.
