Joslyn Mink

Joslyn is joining the GWS Department in July of 2023, after cooking in the local food scene for the past 10 years. After receiving her Master’s in Environment & Resources (UW Madison 2013), Joslyn worked as a Pastry Chef for Forequarter, managed Underground Butcher Shop, and was the opening chef for Settle Down & Turn Key in Madison. Joslyn’s current role as the Finance and Operations Coordinator for GWS allows her to offer administrative assistance to the Chair, purchasing and travel arrangement help for the Department and operational project management support to the Department Administrator.
