My teaching focuses on experiential education for social change. I am the founder and managing consultant of Think Again Training & Consulting, which supports organizational and community practices for social justice through training, policy development and problem-solving. In addition to my work with Think Again and here at UW, I serve as a Marta Sotomayor Fellow at the Smith College School for Social Work, in support of the school’s ongoing implementation of its intersectional antiracism commitment.
