Educational/professional background: For the past eight years, I was working for the Office of the Gender & Women’s Studies Librarian here at UW-Madison. I have a master’s degree in Women’s & Gender Studies from DePaul University and a master’s in Library & Information Science from UW-Madison. I’m also a writer and educator.

How long have worked at GWS? Just since late November 2022!

What is your role in the department? Undergraduate Academic Advisor

What do you like about working in GWS? Everyone has been so welcoming and kind and there are so many amazing folks here doing incredible work.

What books are on your nightstand? Currently, Tana French’s “In The Woods” and also always “When Things Fall Apart” by Pema Chodron

Do you have any media recommendations to share? I just finished all of Abbot Elementary and I absolutely loved it! Such a good show. I also love most showson BritBox.

What are your hobbies or interests? Writing, reading, singing & playing ukulele, dancing, snowshoeing, strength training, video games, hanging out with friends and family
